What is involved in the installation process?
Installing a GlobalWave GPS Receiver/Transceiver unit is extremely easy.
It does not require drilling holes or taking apart the dashboard. The units have no
moving parts, which means no worry about repairs & maintenance. Most customers are
able to install units themselves in an hour.

How large are the messages I can send?
Dispatch is able to send out free text messages up to 250 characters each.
Drivers are able to send back free text messages up to 150 characters each. In
addition, our dispatch forms allow as many as 300 characters for sending shipment
details.

Will my driver ever be out of coverage?
No. GlobalWave provides you with full North American coverage.

What if something happens to one of my GlobalWave units?
We have technical agents available to assist you with troubleshooting the
unit to determine the cause of the problem. If we determine that the unit has
stopped working due to a manufacturer's defect, we will ship you a new unit
within 48 hours to ensure that your downtime is minimal.
