For customers looking to add DMR satellite communication technology to larger or existing systems, SkyWave offers two models of unpackaged terminals. The DMR-800D OEM terminal includes an integrated satellite transceiver, satellite/GPS antenna and discrete input/output feeds. A built-in processor and controller board allow the unit to be set up as a simple modem, or as an integrated controller interfacing to a set of sensors and actuators.

The DMR-800S OEM terminal offers the same advantages as the DMR-800D OEM but features a separate satellite/GPS antenna. The antenna’s small form factor makes it ideal for applications where installation space is limited.
